"Roman did a GREAT job in explaining all of the coverages/limits on my new auto policy, what savings I was eligible for, and how those savings would allow for me to keep more money in my pocket for the long run. He was personable yet professional, answered all of my questions, and reassured my concerns that I had from my previous policy. I felt heard and understood when I was speaking with him.
